Teamviewer comes in Windows Installer(MSI) format, use it to create transform and add your license registry information.

If I'm not misstaken you need to mark a checkbox, while exporting the reg-file to include the license.
It was a while since I did it, but I think the registry-information needs to be added after the installation. I couldn't make it stick with a mst. Might work better with later versions of teamviewer.

If you want teamviewer activated during the installation you should import the registry information during the installation.
How do you create your installation? MSI? VBScript?...
