Software Deployment

Hello Everyone,

I have create a .iss (response file) using the /r flag while performing instalation and uninstalation process.

But now when I am trying the respective .iss files to perform the same operation, both iKernel.exe and Setup.exe hangs and in task manager it shows the Setup.exe as Not Responding.

I have used process monitor for identifying any issue and observed that the threads created by iKernel and Setup.exe are not exited... but the same process works fine for manual installation.

Could you please guide me in identifying the root cause of this issue.
