Import user from LDAP (Windows 2012 Server)
I found a problem about importing users from LDAP (Windows Server 2012).
I can connect to LDAP and see all users.
But when I press the import button, there is no user list from LDAP.
By following the steps in the picture.
Please kindly give me some advice.

When you do step two of the import, which you haven’t shown, you map data into the user fields some of which are mandatory, for example email address. So if you have not got that correct and data is missing in those fields you will not be able to import any accounts.

I have checked and found that there is no user email data to import.
Then I entered my email information.
Can import normally
