InstallScript Engine Missing

I am using an MSI extracted from a setup.exe using the /A switch. When you run the MSI it comes up with a message the Install Script Engine is missing. I have tried to add the engine using the merge module but that still does not work. Does anyone know how to include the engine before the msi try’s to run the install scripts?

Yes, be sure to check to make sure you are installing the right version, it explains how to check, the newest will not neccesarily work for older versions.
