InstallShield Tuner 601 for Acrobat crashes
Hi All,
Here is a problem and answer in one as we sorted this problem out today. We are using InstallShield Tuner 601 for Acrobat to create an MST file for Acrobat Elements 6.0, but the tuner crashes consistently and will not display some of the pages such as the Properties page, thus not allowing you to create a transform.
Changing the language locales in Windows XP (on the machine the tuner is installed on) from English-Australian (where I am) to English-US fixes the problem and now Tuner should work fine (well it did for us anyways).
Just as a side note: Adobe officially does not support problems encountered with any of their InstallShield Tuner for Acrobat products (Grrrrrr!)
