Installshield Tuner for Adobe probs
Hi,
Has anyone else experienced problems in trying to view some of the panels in the tuner such as properties, shortcuts etc, I can view about half of the panels. The only thing I've come across is below, which I found in the readme.htm in the tuner install folder. I'm not entirely sure what it means by a double byte OS, but I've tried it on XPSP1a and XPSP2RC1 and had the same problem. I'm in UK, so using UK language settings, would this have an effect?
I'm not sure if I interpreted the solution right, but tried copying all the adobe reader stuff, (ie msi, itw etc) to a folder at the root of c: ie c:\adobe. But still the same problem.
Thanks in advance
Michael

Problem: After copying the Acrobat application’s Installation Directory onto a double-byte operating system (for example, Windows XP Japanese) and then opening the ITW file in this Installation Directory with Tuner, certain panes within Tuner do not display correctly: Product Properties, Shortcuts, Preferences, and Launch Other Applications.
Solution: This error occurs when the Installation Directory’s file path contains double-byte characters. To avoid this error, please verify that the Installation Directory’s file path only contains Roman characters.
