Hi Amaresh,
2762 refers to a script that you have added into your package. The script has to be added between InstallInitialize and InstallFinalize action.

All it tells the OP is what he/she already knows, i.e. the error message itself. It doesn't give a single clue as to what's happened. A thorough search turns up nothing of value, either, apart from brain-dead numpties reproducing MS's list of error codes.
I think it's likely connected with the 2762 error (let me guess - your CA runs an executable?) so I'd move your CA to the correct position first and then re-run the install to see if the 2365 is resolved, too. I strongly suspect it will.
