Investigating ICE Errors
I've helped to put together a freeware tool that can be used to check packages for ICE errors...
http://www.packagevalidator.com
It runs the standard ICE validation like every other tool. The difference is that we are building a database of information about each ICE error. In particular it provides:
The information is available on the site as well, and the application and site have feedback links to collect information from those of you that my have some details to contribute.
BTW, you know that "dartools" link you get back from ICE?
We have set up redirects so that if you add a ".com" to the dartools link, you can get to our online entry for the error: http://dartools.com/iceman/ice40.html

- a "friendly" view of the returned error
- a warning level to help identify if the ICE is important or not (several errors you may encounter are not worth solving).
- information on how to deal with the error (not well populated at this time- input is needed from members like you!)

"REINSTALLMODE is defined in the Property table. This may cause difficulties. http:/ /dartools/iceman/ice40.html Property Property REINSTALLMODE Evaluation: ICE40"
