Is it possible to stream Google Chrome standalone enterprise MSI using xenapp 6.5?

A few days i deployed GoogleChromeStandAloneEnterprise MSI on citrix server and streamed it to the client. When i logged into the citrix client machine. I got the following screen.

Although there is a way to suppress this screen by passing the chrome.exe an argument -no-sandbox. But this is not recommended by google and should be made use of only for debugging purpose. Can somebody please suggest me a turnaround for this issue. A suitable answer would be very much appreciated

Have you tried creating an App-V of Chrome and then streaming it through Citrix.

It is one of the best solutions to stream the application with App-V.

Comments:
  • the client wants the application to be profiled strictly using citrix. Hence AppV was never sought as a solution. As far as my knowledge goes, it is a known issue of chrome that it would give the same error as above, be it any virtualization technology. - talonsprem87 12 years ago
