Issue in Pre & Post scaning

My Wise is working using a VPC connected to a server and 6 others are connected to same sharepoint. If we try to scan simultaneously, scaning is not happening (both Pre and Post scan). Is this because of any network problem or server error ? Please give a solution ASAP
