Issue with Firefox in App-v 5
Came across an error while trying to launch with multiple users or same user multiple times.
In that it's mentioned as below.
"Firefox is already running, but is not responding.To open a new window, you must first close the existing Firefox process, or restart your system."
Kindly assist on this.

I 'm having the same problem .5000 client also no problem. but 10 or 15 people in a way that is experiencing the problem

Have you tried posting in the Firefox forums? If this is a known issue then at least it will give you a pointer as to where your App/V package may be at fault.
