Java 6 update 30 Disable Update MSI in Orca
How do I ensure the registry entry:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\JavaSoft\Java Update\Policy]
"EnableJavaUpdate"=dword:00000000
Is set after all internal scripts/registry settings are applied within the java MSI editing the MSI directly with ORCA?
I've seen bits to edit the CustomActions or InstallExecuteSequence but not sure where exactly ......

Try looking at this for info on how to use ORCA to add Custom Actions. You might want to look up which custom action typ you need to use.

What you need to make sure is that the custom action is executed last as it will be changed otherwise.
In this package KB there are a few examples of vbscripts to run
