Java 8 update 60 Deployment Issues (INTUNE)

In the past, I have been able to deploy Java using the information below. However, 8u60 is not working. (The procedure below worked on 7u67 and other versions of 7.) I am using Microsoft Intune.

I downloaded Java JRE 8u60 from Java. I pointed Intune deployment package to location of software setup file: \\server\Java\8u60\jre-8u60-windows-x64.exe

I used command line argument: /s /v /qn AUTOUPDATECHECK=0 JAVAUPDATE=0 JU=0

Detection Rule: (Checks if the following registry key exists.)

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\{26A24AE4-039D-4CA4-87B4-2F86418060F0}

Any suggestions will greatly be appreciated.

You may want to check the java.settings.cfg file reference in the Community Chosen Answer at this link. I had some issues deploying Java 8 until I did this.

Remember also that the properties you have on your command line are no longer enough to prevent the display of the "out-of-date" warning from JRE. The fix has been done to death here on ITNinja and elsewhere so a quick search should turn up the steps you need to take.
