KACE patch export
I have a new KACE appliance setup on our internet facing environment. This appliance is setup for download patches only and does not have servers connect to it.
It is showing that there are patches downloaded but I am not able to see the patches that was downloaded. Also how do I export the patch files and transfer to different enviroment?

You can use the Online and Offline Appliance-Option for that.
Go to Security | Patch Download Settings and Click "Offline Update"
Download it to the Online Source, copy it to an USB thumb key (or similar), walk to the secure network and upload it to the Offline Target.
Then you can use the appliance which is the Offline Target to deploy the patches.

I am able to download the patches to the online source, but was not able to export it to transfer the patches to different off line environments.
