Hello everyone,
I'm not very happy with the format of the notification e-mail sent to users after tickets have been updated.
Do you know where I can find more "sexy" templates?
Or examples of templates used?

There are no “sexy” templates, just text ones that you can customise.
Templates are found under email settings in the helpdesk queue.
