KACE SMA offline target is showing "Performing Cleanup" from longer time. How to resolve it ?
I have two KACE SMA server, one is online and another is offline. I copied Patch file from Online source and paste it on offline target then click on upload button in patch download setting. Now it's showing "Performing cleanup" from last 2 days.

@ALL When posting please include your Appliance software version` information.
You may want to go to the ```Logs tab to review the "Server Errors" log and patching download log and check for any reported errors
A support ticket may be required for further investigation.
