Managed Install Not Showing As To Be Deployed To the Right Number of Clients
Hello! I'm relatively new to distribution, have messed around a little. Turns out it's easy most of the time.
I'm pushing Mitel Connect to a smart label of clients. This smart label is based on a static label of preselected clients AND who have the prerequisite VSTO Tools AND who do not already have the Mitel software installed.
This Smart Label shows the correct ~70 users, but when I've applied it to the MI, enable it, and save, I see that the target clients are at 1. And then a little later, while I've been trying to troubleshoot, I notice that some clients have shown up in a rather random order. Now we're up to 5.
Is this working as intended? I'm used to seeing the entire eligible list and can keep an eye on which are installed and which not.
Be well!

- Manual Labels (labels) are static. Therefore, you have to update them manually.
- Device LDAP label criteria are evaluated at device check-in.
- Device Smart label (SQL) criteria are evaluated at device check-in.
- User LDAP label criteria are evaluated at the user login.
- User Smart label (SQL) criteria are evaluated at the user login.
Your smart label criteria is set so that the only machines that will be added to the label must have every line present, so you are saying if:
- The machine is in your manual label and
- The machine has Microsoft visual tools installed and
- It has a software version (anywhere in inventory) greater than 10.0.3 and
- Does not have any software title that includes "Mitel"
Then and only then will they become members of the label, is that what you actually set out to achieve?
I would try it without the software version as that can be wildly inaccurate and also try a contains or begins with for the label name and see if that helps?
