Maple 14 silent installation on network
I am trying silent installation for the past 2 days for Maple 14.
I've created an answer file and placed it on the network along with the setup. Now when I run the setup it stops in the middle and gives a Java error.
Then I used AdminStudio and converted the file to an MSI. This works fine and installs the application however when I run it from the client machine it starts configuring Maple and then then look for the MSI file in temp C:/WINDOWS/Temp/xxxxxx.
I am using Altris 6.9 for deployment.
The setup is running fine if ran directly from the network source.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi geeku! Here's what I do to make it work. By the way we use a network license server here.
1- Using 7zip a create a self extracting zip file of the CD and copy this file on the target.
2- Then I launch the extraction like this C:\Temp\CD.exe -y -o"C:\"
3- Create an automatic response file "installer.properties" which should contains something like this.
4- Launch the installation with this command:
CD\Windows\Disk1\InstData\VM\Maple14WindowsInstaller.exe -f C:\CD\Windows\Disk1\InstData\VM\installer.properties
Hope it helps you!
