mercury applications

anyone ever repackage mercury loadrunner.

does anyone know if there is a pre -req or dependancy for it?

It is self healing when i log on as a new user.I have tried all the obvious solution including event viewer, msi logging file, regmon filemon etc..to no avail.

I'd say check the event viewer again and it will tell you which component is being accessed and should mentioned the keypath that its looking for. Make sure the keypath is set correctly.

Also, check this thread for same kinda question:

You could also try removing any Current User reg keys and see if that helps.

The event viewer will tell you the component that is being repaired
Rating comments in this legacy AppDeploy message board thread won't reorder them,
so that the conversation will remain readable.
