Microsoft Internet Explorer 11 will only start by run as different USER ADMINISTRATOR
I have succesfully replaced my Internet Explorer 9 with 11 but it won't start, not even with "C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe" -extoff
Running Windows 7 32 bit only when I chose run as diferent USER Administrator then it runs not even a flash or a single process is shown

Renaming my USER registry solwed the problem, so some user setting is causing the problem, also Internet option dialog can be run this might be a help to reset browser settings. - Sweede 10 years ago
