Microsoft WSE 2.0 SP3 Runtime.msi

I'm trying to deploy Microsoft WSE 2.0 SP3 Runtime.msi via landesk. When I run msiexec.exe /i "Microsoft WSE 2.0 SP3 Runtime.msi" /quiet from the command line it installs fine. If I push it via landesk the install log says it completed successfully but it doesn't show in add remove programs. Any help would be great.
