Monitoring system resources

Hello everyone, is there a way to monitor system resources on a system that has a amp agent install. I am looking for a way to get a report over a time period on CPU, Network and Memory usaged.

Any help woudl be awesome.

  • You could probably do a scheduled wmic query and have it write to a text file over time. Might get you sort of what you're looking for. - AFCUjstrick 11 years ago
  • +1 to AFCUjstrick idea. That would be easiest way to do it without buying some software for the job. Just to add to it, you could get it to write to a common share then use excel to some fancy reporting, I know has a feature which you can get csv's as a data source and it will update from source when requested (saves copy and pasting data) - rileyz 11 years ago
  • Can you give me more information on what you are describing? I know the systems have some resource tools built into windows 7 but I have been unable to utilize them.
    Any information would be helpful.
