MSI Orca Modifying a shortcut target to point to an Exe found in C:\windows

Hi,

I have got a MSI installer from a vendor and i want to modify a shortcut target so it points to an executable found in C:\windows\Tools. I tried to just put the fully qualified path in but the shortcut wasnt put down during the install. It seems like all targets are prefixed with square brackets pointing to a pre-defined path found in the directory table like thisĀ [INSTALLDIR]. I suspect i would need to make an entry in the directory table but im not familar with MSI's besides making basic transforms removing shortcuts via orca

Can someone tell me the proper way of doing this? Thanks in advance
