MSI Wrapper
Hi,
Currenlty I am working on creating msi wrapper for Checkpoint SecuRemote VPN-1 SecuRemote application version 5.6. The Problem i am facing is when i copy the source files to C:\windows\temp inside the wrapper and execute the msi wrapper i am getting the error as error in extracting the source file. But when when i copy the source files to C:\windows\system32 inside the wrapper and execute the msi wrapper it is working fine. Could any one guide why the msi wrapper is not working when i copy the source files to C:\windows\temp?
Many Thanks in advance.
Kind Regards,
Yuvaraj

Yuvaraj,
In XP C:\Windows\Temp is a protected system folder, so it's essentially off-limits for day-to-day use. My guess would be the account you're using to do the installations does not have write access to this folder. I'd suggest using C:\Temp or the %TEMP% (as in the environment variable) folder of the installing user...
