nested MSI in MST w/ WISE?
Should be an easy one for the big brains on this board.
I'm used to using Installshield but I'm stuck with Wise at this new company and I'm struggling..
I have two vendor MSI's. One is the main setup (MSI 1) and the other is an upgrade MSI (MSI 2). I want to call MSI 2 from a transform of MSI 1. And I want to stream MSI 2 into the cab file for MSI 1 (or the MST that is).
This isn't tough to do with Installshield, but I'm struggling with Wise (my trouble, not Wise's I'm sure).
I've created a MST from the Project Program, but it seems to be a response transform. It won't let me stream MSI 2 into the transform. It looks like I have to create a WSI? I'm confused.. can you tell?
Thanks!

Ok, I think I have this figured out. Even though it says that the WSI can only be saved as a MSM or an MSI when picking "New Installation File - Windows Application" in the editor, when I "save as" I'm getting the option for an MST.
I'm assuming this is the way to go.
I know some of this is just a learning curve, but can we not all agree that WISE's GUI needs a tonne of work. It's so hard to find anything!
