New at this
Hi.
I m totally new in this business. But I m gonna be responsible for all MSI packaging at my company. We use Wise by the way.
So to get in to it I started with a small home project an started off with Winamp. My question is
1: When i go to Setup Editor---> Components. The component Winamp.exe is read. Why is that? It works fine to install and run even if its read. But i guess that its means something...
2: When i run my MSI package and install Winamp I get a pretty annoying square that want me to registrate on the internet.
When I did the "setup capture" I click the checkmark that I dont want to be reminded again and then I click on the "Later" button on this square.
What do I have to do for it to disappear?

this should be a step you perform on all packaging regardless of wether you have red errors btw.
mind you later versions of wise seem to pick up most errors using the red flags.
I would strongly recommend you download and read the definitive guide to windows installer about ten times if you are new.
trust me each time you read it you will pickup something else new.
