Software Deployment

I'm packaging off2k3pro using setup.ini and Ohotfix to chain sp1. I've been told that it needs to be silent so new users dont have the "repair" at first logon. I've managed to do this somewhat sucessfully using active setup copying the HKCU settings. Problem arises with outlook and *.ops file as "testuser" is asked for exchange settings etc. Does anyone know of a solution to this? I haven't tried coping hkcu\software\ms\outlook\office11 reg settings as i thought this was going to miss alot of info
