Software Deployment

I used oracles "record" feature to make a silent response file. it works on a system if i lig in and launch it. However, when i send it out thru sdo, even with an admin logged in, i get an error reading a zipfile from the directory the installer created in c:\temp (doesnt say what file) any ideas? is this a misnomer and its really having trouble reading from the softwarre delivery source???
