Oracle Database 10g Express Edition
I tried installing Oracle Database 10g Express Edition.msi and 1033.mst whch I got from the %tmp% folder.
But after installing msi+mst in services.msc....no oracle services are seen which means setup is installing something which is not in the msi
Can anybody tell me the solution of what can be done

You need to create a response transform in order to complete the options in the various dialogs. For example, choosing which features you want to install. To do that, you would ideally use an MSI authoring tool. Without one, you'd have to use Orca/InstEdit and, given that you seem to be at the foot of the packaging learning curve, you will have your work cut out.
