Could someone point me in the right direction of where to get Orca from ?

Certainly - it's part of the Windows Installer SDK - free from Microsoft.

Can't find a link right now cos the web connection here at work is slooooooooooow but here's a good place to start!

Just want to add rpf's answer download P-x86 file for pentiums the other file dont seem to work for pentiums.

yeah i know mate, cheers anyway. The others are for 64 bit cpu's.
