Package Dial Up connection?
Hi,
I have 5 separate remote dial up connections with unique settings that I need to package and deliver to some laptops, has anyone done this before using either MSI or scripting? (My Script skills are non existent btw).
The laptops are running Windows XP and the package will be delivered via Netware using the NAL
Any help would be appreciated,
Thanks,
Barry

Hi,
I am trying to do the same thing, but I need it to store the username and password, and this is not saved in the rasphone.pbk file.
I have tried to use the Connection Manager Admin Kit that is available with the Windows Server 2003 Admin Pack, but have not got this to work yet.
Can anyone help me with this?

I think MSIMaker has a wery good pont here, (I solved it this was some yeasr ago) but think of what you are distibuting, cause all dialup connection are stored in the same file, so if you wanna add/remove connection in the future I think It´s better only to distibute the content of that file.
