Photoshop abcpy.ini problems

I am trying to automate the distribution of some photoshop CS plug-ins via the abcpy.ini file but am unable to get the blindcopy to work. Specifically I need to copy files & registry entries during the install...

I have Indesign CS working...

Any help or files that you have used successfully would be appreciated.
