I've got the following error code :

Windows had insufficient privileges to modify this file.
OS--> XP prof

I tried Sygate Personal and it have me nothing by problem after problem. So my advice would be to dump it and get a good firewall. Try ZA or Kerio - I can vouch for both - they are excellent. I've since switched to Agnitum Outpost Firewall Pro and it's far superior to anything I've worked with before and brainlessly simple, too. Make sure you try it

FY...Sygate Security Agent checks to see if the client has Sygate Security Agent installed
by performing a check for the file %systemroot%\system32\fwsvpn.dll. If the file
exists, then the Host Check passes and the client is transparently connected. If the
file does not exist, then the Neoteris Host Check fails, and the client is redirected to a
web page. This web page should be customized with a message which describes the
nature of the problem, and provides remediation guidance.
