Power Query fails to load.

Question

When i attempt to add the Power Query add-in, it doesn't stick.

When i select it, the load behavior says, "Not Loaded. The user selected to disable macros."

My macro setting is set to enable all.

When i log on as an admin, the add-in works fine. Normal user cannot add it.

This is only a problem for Windows 8.1x64 with 32bit Office 2013. It works fine as a user for Windows 7x64 with 32 bit Office 2013.

Are you sure your User Office 2013 Group Policy allows macro's to run?You Admin account might have different GPO's applied.

My only assumption is that the Windows 8 version doesn't have a publisher for the add-in while the Windows 7 does.
