Software Deployment

I'm doing a little research here... Please share the price paid for Package Studio. Please specify the edition, if it was an upgrade and if any volume or other special discounts were applied. If you got any of the available add-on modules, that would be helpful too. MSRP prices I have found appear inconsistent and I'm looking for "real" numbers.
