Quicktime 7.7 Fails to install

I ran into an issue with Quicktime 7.7 that several others have run into with previous versions. When installing an error is thrown that there is a newer version of Quicktime already installed and the new version needs to be uninstalled first. I have uninstalled Quicktime 7.6.9 but am still unable to install 7.7

I ended up downloading the Windows Installer Clean Up Utility from Major Geeks and after deleting the Quicktime entries 7.7 finally installed.

Since I have to deploy this to 600 machines and don't know a way to script the cleanup utility to remove only quicktime instances is there a way to modify the MSI to not check for a previous version? I tried removing the NOT BNEWERVERSIONISINSTALLED from the LaunchCondition but it didn't help.

Thanks for any advice you can give.
