Similar problem.
I am using AdminStudio 6 to take the RealPlayer 10.5 setup and create an MSI for a faster, preconfigured install.
Using the 'Install Monitoring' of repackager, I build the project.
I get a fair number of errors; however, the MSI installs manually fine. The MSI also installs silently fine (using msiexec and switches).
It is only when using SMS to push it that I receive 'A failure exit code of 1603' in the SMS log.

Below is an excerpt from the BuildLog.txt from AdminStudio. I suspect some of my 'undefined' errors may be causing the problem. However, I am simply way to new with Adminstudio to know how to proceed in cleaning this up. Can anyone provide somewhat detailed help, or a good link that really spells it out for a newbie? I have seen some sites suggesting that a using a TRANSFORM may allow me to slip by; however, if I can learn how to direct edit the MSI safely, and if it is not to time consuming, I would like to try that.

I use Zenworks and consoleOne to deploy,
I can create a .MSI and under consoleone . thanks.
