Recipe XML Shortcut Help!

Hey I want to edit my recipe XML to further customize the icons that are created. After deploying the MSI created with the repackage tool I am left with a short cut that has the target of "C:\Program Files\Gradience\Common\GCore.exe" it needs to be have a target of "C:\Program Files\Gradience\Common\GCore.exe" 100. Also the Start in field of the shortcut properties is blank. It actually needs to be "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Desktop\". How do I add these to the recipe XML? Also how do I give the shortcuts folder structure on the start menu. I would like the icons to be organized as follows...

Start-->Programs-->Gradience-->Program icon
Tools-->tools icons
Help-->help icons

Please reply with any advice on how to accomplish these tasks....

The recipe files were not intended to be edited directly, but this should be possible and we are looking into it. As for nested folders for shortcuts, this is not natively supported and would require editing of the MSI after it is created.
Rating comments in this legacy AppDeploy message board thread won't reorder them,
so that the conversation will remain readable.
