Recommendation & Advise Requested
Hello Team,
New to the forum, we are currently using Wise Installer for windows package and Install Jammer for Linux packages. Since both the products have reached their end of life with no much support, we are evaluating InstallAnywhere 2011.
I would be pleased to have recommendations & advise if its the right tool to support multiple platforms, Upgrades, Service Packs, CLI options to perform automated packaging.

Well Sam, you need to decide what your needs are. Support? Cost? Flexibility? Longevity? Ease of use? Best of breed? Size of user community? Decide on what you need and then examine the product; that will answer your question. Without knowing exactly your situation, it's hard to make a recommendation.
