Rouge shorcut icon
I have a rouge shortcut which keeps appearing even though there are none in the shortcuts table. I've check the custom actions and there are some which are calling dlls but can't be sure these are the problem. Any suggestions?

I have had the same thing happen.....check the icon table and you might find an icon binary in there. Delete it and recompile.
