setting up installshield for permanent and shared files

hi all, i want to setup installshield so that any file added to system32 is set to shared and permanent. how can i do that so that i dont have to do it manually every time?

I also want to ensure that any files added to a specified particular feature ("CommonFiles") get set to shared.

is this possible?
