Shortcuts
If there is a computer which has 5 employees (5 different login accounts) to share it, is there any way to hide or show the shortcuts for specific user account only?

Per-user installation is what you need to do...
But get to know all the disadvantages of it before you actually implement it...

If you already know what are the users/groups (AD) must have the shourtcut, you can make a vbs script or AutoIT to enumerarte all profiles in the machine and search for user should have the shourtcut to install it!
