Thank EDdt, I see the way to install silently Adobe Director 11. You have to put your deployment file xml in the command line.
Command line: setup.exe /config deploy\AdobeDirector11fr_FR.install.xml

Adobe provide Enterprise configuration tools for their packages. Just download the tool from the Adobe website and configure your Director deployment for silent installation. If you read the tool documentation it should provide you with sufficient information to complete the installation of the main application and any exceptions flagged by the tool.
