You can use the switch "/silent", however, it still seems to prompt you when there is an existing DLL file that is newer than the one it is trying to install. Not very "silent", in my opinion.

You can edit the .lst file and remove some lines, take a look:

You can use "/verysilent" switch for complete silent installation.
