Silently install Adobe CS3 Production Premium issue
Hi folks,
I've ran into a problem when trying to roll at CS3 PP onto Windows 7 PCs.
I got instructions on how to do this from http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/402/kb402715.html but I've ran into a snag in that I have been able to generate the install.xml file ok but when the command runs it works away for a wee while then I get: -
End Adobe Setup. Exit code: 7
I'm using the following command string:-
\\nqms03\cip$\AdobeCS3PP\AdobeCS3\setup.exe --mode=silent --deploymentFile=\\qms03\cip$\AdobeCS3PP\AdobeCS3\install.xml
I've had a look around the Internet and can't find a solution that works for me and I wonder has anyone ever came across it before and do you know how I can solve it so I can get the application installed?
Your help would be much appreciated!
Regards,
Tony
