Hello,

We recently upgrade to Ver 10 for our SMA, and we have noticed that computers checking outside our network are checking in with their home private IP; 198.168.x.x 10.0.xx, and so.

previously, will show the IPS assigned IP to their router. Is this behavior normal or there is a setting/port that needs to be adjusted? 

we use SSL and route traffic from port 80 to 443, agents are configured to point to our box via DNS hostname configured in the network settings.

We rather have the computers check-in using the public IP than the private, just in case a laptop is "missing" it will call home with a router IP to document.
