Software Deployment

Has anyone ever virtualised Articulate - whether it be via ThinApp, App-V, or SWV?

I'm specifically having trouble trying to get the preview/publish functionality working, and I suspect it's due to the fact that the FLV encoder isn't being captured/installed properly, and therefore can't render any content.

i.e. When I open Powerpoint, the Articulate add-in loads successfully.
I click on "Articulate" in the menu bar
Click Start Annotation and add any type of annotation (e.g. a Check).
Click Stop Annotation
Click Playback.  None of the annotations appear when I play it back.

This is on a vanilla Windows 7 PC, running IE 8, and Flash 11.3.300.271.

Manual install works fine obviously, but it's only when it's being captured into a SWV layer that it doesn't work.

Any tips would be much appreciated, as I'm not really sure where to begin with this particular issue.
