System Center Configuration Manager 2007 Silent Installation LOGS folder Issue

Hi,

I am doing unattended installation of System Center Configuration Manager 2007 as per

http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb693561.aspx

But on doing so, LOGS folder is created in C:\ drive rather than "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Configuration Manager Console\"

Dont know why it is doing so. I have used script to do silent installation as per Microsoft System Center website.

Can anyone why it is so ?
