System Center not showing up in Notifications and Actions menu

Working with SCCM and trying to display client notifcations after windows updates.

However clients are missing the "system center" in Windows 10 Notifications and Actions menu for application notifications.

Any suggestions?

Is the notification agent "CCMEXEC.exe" running on your clients? Sounds as if not.
