Type Library problems

I am using wise package studio to repackage a complex engineering program on a windows 2000 box. When installing I get a error 1911 which I know is a problem with type library registration. I have no idea what the problem is, all the message boards that I have hit are a dead end. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
